Preschool Early Learning Program

The Preschool Early Learning Program (Preschool ELP) helps prepare young children for school. Residents living Lambton County who are 31 months to 4 years of age and are not yet eligible to enter junior kindergarten. Participation in Preschool ELP is free, space permitting.

Each PELP session is 2.5 hours in length.  Eligible children are entitled to up to 16 sessions per month.  Within these parameters, there is no cost to parents for this program.  Please go to One List and complete the registration process.  Lambton One List

Through play, children work on acquiring age appropriate skills. The Preschool ELP is available ten months of the year from September to June. The program is also available in French.

Parents who want additional time at the child care centre can pay based on the child care operator’s rate.
