SmartStart Hub Services
Your "go to" place for developmental services and supports for children and youth in Sarnia-Lambton. The SmartStart Hub at Pathways is a clear entry point to service for families and caregivers concerned about their child/youth's development, and day-to-day functioning related to development. As a SmartStart Hub we connect families with child development agencies and professionals, with seamless connections to assessments and services in a family-friendly environment. Mental Health Services for Children and Youth
EarlyON Educators can connect/refer you and/or your child, birth to six years with a Children’s Mental Health professional from St. Clair Child and Youth Services for issues regarding attachment, relationships, behaviour, child development and postpartum adjustment concerns. Ask a Public Health Nurse: Parent Drop-ins
For moms, dads, and caregivers to connect and get support from Public Health Nurses about any concerns they have about their child's growth and development. Lambton Public Health has Parent Drop-in locations throughout Lambton County, many in partnership with EarlyON Child and Family Centres. SoundStart
SoundStart provides preschool speech and language services from birth to entrance to school in Sarnia-Lambton, led through Pathways. Parents can go to https://www.pathwayscentre.org/speech-language-pathology to checkout milestones and if they have concerns, parents can call Pathways at 519-542-3471 to request an assessment.
