Meaningful Moments are a family-led one-on-one meeting held virtually or in-person.
Families who require individualized assistance may book an appointment with a CFC Family Program Coach. The CFC staff can assist the parent/caregiver with identifying needs, setting goals, and providing support through service navigation, children’s programming, cultural teachings, and referrals.
