This is not just another book study, it is a space for authentic connection, curious conversation, and transformative thinking. We will explore the powerful ideas, stories, and structures offered in Anne Marie Coughlin and Lorrie McGee Baird’s book, Creating a Culture of Reflective Practice: The Role of Pedagogical Leadership in Early Childhood Programs. Using a deconstructive lens we will unpack assumptions, consider communication through a pedagogical lens, and reimagine what critical reflective practices can look like in our daily lives.

The PPRC has copies of Creating a Culture of Reflective Practice: The Role of Pedagogical Leadership in Early Childhood Programs for participants to borrow throughout this reflective journey. Each month we will consider a specific idea, story, or reflection from the book to support our practice and mentorship.

Participation in each session is not mandatory, but greatly encouraged. (Participants will be automatically registered for monthly gatherings).

Offered: Virtual (Microsoft Teams)

Suited for: Child Care Supervisors, Directors, Managers, and Home Child Care Visitors
