- Supporting a secure attachment relationship between you and your child
- Learning to understand what your child’s behavior actually means
- Understanding your child’s emotional needs
- Learning how responding to your child’s emotional needs improves behaviour
- Understanding the importance of your connection with your child
- Providing opportunities for self-reflection and
personal growth
