How Does Learning Happen Study Group-Conversations with Parents

The College of ECE, Code of Ethics, states that, “RECE’s build and maintain responsive and collaborative relationships with families. These relationships are based on mutual trust, openness and respect for confidentiality. RECE’s work in partnership with families, sharing knowledge and resources to support the well-being and learning of children.” Often conversations with parents can feel stressful. How do we build these relationships and maintain them? This study group will focus on building and maintaining meaningful relationships with parents and caregivers. Information will be sent to all registered participants with pre-group preparation work.
