A workshop on connecting Physical Literacy and the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for the Early Years. Physical literacy is important to healthy child development as it lays the foundation for them to lead a healthy, active life. Physical literacy is supported by a movement rich environment that helps children acquire fundamental movement skills. Learn how you can make your centre a movement rich environment by adopting actions that support physical literacy and show your commitment to higher quality of care and whole child development.
