A Community of Practice (COP) forms when a group of professionals come together with common goals, common practices, and a shared passion to collaborate and reflect with the intent to continue to improve daily practices. When you engage in the County wide Community of Practice you join a group of professionals who are working within the guidelines set out in the four foundations of How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for Early Learning.
