Exploring Schema Play

During our time together, participants will learn how to identify and understand what schemas are, why children use schemas in their play, and how to support these patterns of behaviour when planning for young children.
About the Facilitators:
Barb Wilson, RECE, is the Program Manager at North Lambton Childcare Centre, as well as a Program Coordinator with EarlyON Child & Family Centre.
Shelley Marui, RECE, is the Early Literacy Specialist for Lambton County EarlyON Child & Family Centre, coordinator for the Petrolia EarlyON Centre and Pedagogist with the Pedagogist Network of Ontario.
