Lambton College: Literacy on the Loose

Join Lambton College EarlyON educators for a 4-week virtual program of “Literacy on the Loose” on Wednesday afternoons, as we explore the idea that literacy is everywhere. This program was created in recognition of Family Literacy Day and will give families the opportunity to investigate how literacy can be woven into daily experiences. This program will support children’s early exposure to environmental print and writing materials, as well as foster positive experiences with literacy through active exploration.  

Each family who registers for this program will receive a package containing materials that will help support early literacy. Materials for all 4 sessions of the program will be organized within one package, so only one pick-up is required. To register, please email [email protected] with your name and child(ren)’s name/age and the title of the program: Literacy on the Loose.  This program is best suited for children 2 years and older, but all families are welcome to register.
