Lambton College: Rainbow Food Explorers

Join Lambton College Educators as they facilitate a morning of sensory exploration to investigate the beauty and wonder of fruits and vegetables. Families are invited to bring 1 or 2 fruits/vegetables of their choice to explore with the group. We will take apart our fruits/vegetables and share what we see, feel, smell, taste and hear. Children/families will have the opportunity to actively engage with and explore foods using all their senses to gain exposure and appreciation of the natural beauty of a variety fruit/vegetables.
