The presentation will focus on helping individuals to understand their mental health while gaining the knowledge to identify other’s mental health and signs and symptoms individuals typically show when they are struggling. Tips for taking care of your mental health will be provided. Local resources, including how to connect with CMHA Lambton Kent will also be reviewed.
