Rainbow Food Explorers – Exploring Green Fruits/Vegetables!

Join Carrie and Tracy as we explore green fruits and vegetables together. We will be engaging children and families to use all their senses to investigate, explore and celebrate the colour green in the food we eat. We will share some green recipes that you can try at home during the conversation.
Materials needed:
- A green fruit/vegetable of your choice to share with the group.
- Cutting board
- Child-safe knife
- Plate
