How to build a ball launcher out of cups and balloons.
· Balloons
· Clear Plastic Cups (or any disposable cup)
· Clear Tape (or any tape)
· Scissors
· A variety of light weight balls (ping pong balls, styrofoam balls, plastic balls, etc.)
· Optional: buckets / bins / hoola hoops / baby pools / anything that will catch the balls)
